    That thing people call ‘summer’

"It's just another one of those very paradoxical facts of life: as a person with MS, you lack vitamin D. The only way to get good vitamin D into your body is to spend time in the sun. If heat sensitivity is part of your long list of MS symptoms, though, you can't sit outdoors in the sun because your other MS symptoms get worse. Result? You choose to stay out of the sun, and therefore continue to lack vitamin D."

    Hot town!

“There’s always the floor?” my mum asked. With a brain fried like a piece of KFC garbage, thinking intelligently seemed hard to do. “Of course there is always a floor, go figure!” But I was getting desperate, water streaming from me and no place to cool down. Aside from the floor, that is.

    Summer, not to me

It’s back! It’s here again and boy I love it! “It” is autumn, and those of you in my physical surroundings know that I live for autumn. And winter. And hey, maybe spring too if it’s not too warm outside! “It” means fresh and clean air entering my lungs and a bit more energy in my old’ bones. “It” also means I feel alive, oh yes I do!
