All about MS heat sensitivity, or Uhthoff’s Syndrome

If you’re like me, or you or a loved one who has multiple sclerosis and doesn’t know where to hide from warm temperatures, below posts may help you find an answer. Feel free to add your own tips to this page or on the posts themselves.

Remember to stay safe from the sun and possible sun strokes as these can be lethal.

If you have MS, don’t risk Uhthoff Syndrome symptoms like blurred vision, dizziness, being unsteady on your feet and severe fatigue so wear an ice vest, stay in a cool area in the shade, or stay indoors
