Multiple Sclerosis

Update on IMSM

It has been a quiet time with not enough writing as I would have liked the past 12 months. As Ireland, Multiple Sclerosis & Me is a free resource and I am the sole contributor, if or when the site is in need of some TLC, it can take some time to get going.

Over the next few weeks or months, I will try to work on an updated layout, background info as well as this:

▪️list of mental health strategies when you’ve just been diagnosed with MS

▪️how to take back your life when you think you’ve had enough

▪️new DMTs (disease-modifying treatments)

▪️research updates

▪️updated lists of websites of MS societies, mental health organisations, etc

▪️Spotify playlist with the music that keeps me going

▪️and much more!

So, I’d be honoured if you could stick around or return in a few months to catch up.

In the meantime, I will look into any MS-related info you feel would have a good home on IMSM.

I will, however, not accept requests about issues not related to multiple sclerosis as I want it to remain a fairly contained resource that sticks to the already quite extensive range of medical issues people with MS have to contend with.

Thank you for being the backbone of this website. It would not be what it is today without your continued support.
